Start out on this journey to learning how to create a small business has just made me realize how much I want to just open my restaurant. I know that goes against what the Lord and what me and Ryan have made for our family. Learning what I have in the two weeks that I have been taking small business creation had just increased my fire to be an owner. Making list of things that I want to accomplish in my life, has made my dreams come more in to focus. I know that most won't be made and that some will be changed but what it is great insight that it has been me to know that I have a lot that needs to be done.
I feel that my professor has a obsession with list's for the next thing that he had us do was write yet another list. I know that it is all for good brainstorming but he has opened Pandora's box in my head and I feel that I will one day be running more then one business. I have talked to Ryan about all the possibility that we could be doing in the years after I graduate from my Masters. Ryan has informed me that I would have to clone my self in order to do all the business that I would want to run. In my sarcastic nature I said that I would do that as well.
I have always wonder in my field as a chef if I would be a good owner and a good boss? With this class I know that I will be and mine and Ryan's chose to get more schooling before we took the step in to ownership was the best. If this is a glimpse of what the classes will look like for the next three years I will be so excited and I know that there will be no stopping me in my dreams and goals.
